Outdoor lighting covers more than one job Ask ten people around Greenville what outdoor lighting means and the answers split. For some it is the house, for others the yard, and for plenty of people it is the dark part of the property they never fixed. They are related jobs with different answers. The building itself On the building, a permanent LED system traces the roof edge and the gables, is left in place year round, and changes color from an app. That covers holiday co

What happens after closing A commercial building gets seen by traffic long after the doors lock. Unlit, the building disappears, and so does the business in it. A lit one stays in the mental map of everybody who drives that road. This is not an aesthetic decision for a business. A building that reads clearly at night is doing work every evening. It is one of the few exterior expenses that runs every night without further input. The front of the building The facade carries f

Why Upstate homeowners keep asking about it Drive through any neighborhood around Greenville around the holidays and you will see it: houses lit cleanly along the roofline, with nobody's ladder in the yard. That is permanent outdoor lighting: an LED track installed once along the roofline, controlled from a phone. What it means for an Upstate house Holiday color is the reason most people call. What keeps people happy with it is the ordinary nights. Warm https://evercrestl

Your building works after hours whether you light it or not People drive past your building in the evening every day, and what they see is either a lit facade or a dark rectangle. A dark building does not just look closed, it stops being noticed. Light means the building is still communicating.None of this is decoration spending. The building is on display whether the doors are open or not, and lighting decides whether it says anything after five. It is infrastructure, not

What is driving the interest Around the Upstate, the December rooflines have been changing, and the lights are not coming down in January. What you are looking at is a fixed LED track, put up once and left up. Why it earns its place Holiday color is the reason most people call. What keeps people happy with it is the ordinary nights. Warm white on the eaves gives the front of the house shape after dark. Then there are team colors, birthdays and whatever the season asks for,

Weddings, receptions, celebrations: temporary displays for a specific occasion. That changes everything about how it gets planned, because there is no version of this you fix next weekend.Which changes how the whole thing has to be handled. An installation is judged over years. An event is judged in about four hours. So the planning happens early, the con

Why this keeps coming up around Greenville Around the Upstate, the December rooflines have been changing, and they are not coming down afterward. That is permanent outdoor lighting: LEDs installed into the architecture of the house and run from an app. Not a December purchase Holiday color is what starts the conversation. The reason it holds up is the other eleven months. Warm white on the eaves gives the front of the house shape after dark. Then there are team colors, bir

Start with what it is The short version: an LED system that lives on the house, up all year, controlled from your phone. It replaces seasonal light strands with something built to stay. Because the track is color matched, daylight hides most of it. Where the track runs Most installs follow the roofline, then add gables, dormers and porch lines where the design calls for it. Businesses use it the same way, around storefronts and entrances, frequently in brand colors. Good d
