Why this keeps coming up around Greenville
Around the Upstate, the December rooflines have been changing, and the lights are not coming down in January. What you are looking at is a fixed LED track, put up once and left up.
Why it earns its place
Holiday color is what starts the conversation. What makes it worth the money is the ordinary nights. A warm white line along the roof makes the house easy to see from the road, which matters more on the county roads than it does downtown. Then there are team colors, birthdays and whatever the season asks for, all on the same track.
The local part matters
Around here you have everything from older homes near downtown to newer subdivisions in Greer, Simpsonville and Mauldin, which means the plan changes house to house. Weather is the other piece: the systems live outside through Upstate summers and wet winters.
From call to install
It starts with a free consultation at your property. After the walkthrough, a plan is drawn for your house. The install is done professionally, which is the part you are paying for.
Commercial work around Greenville
The same systems work on businesses. A storefront has a different presence at night when the facade is lit. Restaurant patios, storefronts, office buildings and community entries are all normal work. Scheduling works around when a business is open, because nobody wants a ladder at the front door during lunch.
What Upstate customers ask most
Everybody asks about the summer months first. The color matched channel keeps it from standing out during the day.The second question is about the neighborhood. A permanent system can be as quiet as you want it. Color is there for December and for game days, and off the rest of the time. The service area does not stop at the state line. EverCrest Lighting serves both Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, which covers a lot of ground between Greenville and the mountains. If you are not sure whether your address is in it, call and ask.
